His dissertation focused on the determinants of cooperation between cities and regions from Central and Eastern Europe and China.
After two hours of defense, the committee unanimously voted to award Michał the title of Doctor in Political Science. His journey to this achievement was nothing short of impressive – over the past four years, he participated in almost 30 conferences, published several academic papers (including in high-impact journals), and actively contributed to teaching at his faculty.
